Alien: Isolation Survivor Mode getting long term DLC support

The survivor Mode for SEGA’s upcoming horror title Alien: Isolation will be getting six months worth of DLC support. Survivor Mode pits the player against the clock as well as the Alien. Check out the trailer below (trailer courtesy of GamesHQMedia).

One playable map for the mode (Basement) will be included with the game at launch, with the next map pack being released on October 28. That pack will include three additional maps and a new playable character along with new objects and challenges. Four more packs will be released in the months after that, each containing new maps, a new character, and new challenges. No price has been given yet, but players can pick up a Season Pass which grants access to all five expansion packs for a 25% discount. SEGA said all DLC content will be released by March 2015.

Alien: Isolation will be released on October 7 for the PS3, PS4, PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
