With the success of Arrow and The Flash on CW and most notably that of The Walking Dead on AMC, it’s no small wonder that comic books will start invading the television landscape big time. Eight series are on tap for this fall, with more to come in 2016. Below are the season trailers, their debut dates, and the networks they’re airing on.
Season 2 introduces more villains. Debuts on September 21 (FOX).
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Season 3 expands more into Inhumans territory and touches on the Secret Warriors. The opener airs on September 29 (ABC).
Season 2 brings some high expectations following the debut season’s success. Look for even more introductions to the larger DC universe. Debuts October 6 (CW).
The surprise hit returns for a second season. Debuts October 6 (CW).
Oliver Queen faces all new threats in Season 4 of the hit series. The opening episode airs on October 7 (CW).
The Walking Dead
Arguably the big dog on the block, The Walking Dead begins its sixth season as Rick and the others adjust to life in Alexandria and all new threats. Season premiere airs on October 11 (AMC).
From the creators of Arrow and The Flash, Superman’s cousin Kara gets her own show. Debuting on October 26 (CBS).
The second in a group of Marvel comics inspired shows following the success of Daredevil. The 13 episode series drops on November 20 for your binge watching pleasure. (Netflix)
