After cancelling the original date 11, 12 March, it appears that Valorant could be released on March 27 during an online event by Riot Games.
Valorant is the new topic of discussion between players.
Many players from different games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Overwatch are ready to jump into the new FPS title.
Well, till now there were only pieces of gameplay available for players but it appears that something big is about to happen this weekend.
According to speculations, many big twitch streamers are going to take part in an Online event on March 27.
Valorant possible release date
One of the big streamer Tim ‘Timthetatman’ Betar said he won’t be streaming on March 27.
And why did this created a rumour because he is the same streamer who was picked up by Blizzard to promote new Overwatch DPS hero Echo.
Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel deflected a question on stream on March 24 about
“Valorant this Friday [March 27],” which only fueled the rumor mill. CS:GO pro Owen ‘smooya’ Butterfield also mentioned that he was going to try Valorant “in three days,” lining up with the others.
The original date for this release was March 11 and 12 but it was cancelled due to obvious reasons.
And most likely this time it won’t be any different but still, players might hear some good information from their favourite streamers.
Also, there is a high chance of beta release on the same day.
This may be the perfect time to drop Valorant because of players in lockdown.
And every gaming company is witnessing a huge spike in their traffic so why not release the beta.
At first, Valorant is expected to be released with 10 agents and a few maps focusing around a defusal-style mode.
However, Riot Games have some plans to expand the number of agents and maps after the game release.
Anyhow, these are all sumptions so nothing is clear until official announcement.
