New releases for the week of Monday, May 11, 2015

A little busier week this time around for releases, with plenty of indie titles like Toren, Ultratron, Nom Nom Galaxy, and Lost Orbit hitting this week alongside major releases like Project CARS for the PS4 and Xbox One and Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster gets remastered again for the PS4.On the home video front we get the Michael Mann thriller Blackhat, the Johnny Depp spy comedy Mortdecai, the drama Still Alice with an award winning performance by Julianne Moore, and the Adam Sandler movie The Cobbler. Perhaps the biggest release this week comes on the silver screen, as director George Miller returns his post apocalyptic hero Mad Max to the cinemas in Mad Max: Fury Road. This time around Tom Hardy portrays Max who, along with Charlize Theron, takes on numerous bad guys and their vehicles across the Outback. Also hitting the theaters this week is the musical sequel Pitch Perfect 2. So, off to the list we go, and remember, as always, release dates are subject to change.
