No Man’s Sky gets a release date for PS4, PC

Hello Games announced today when we can go exploring the universe in their game No Man’s Sky. The long awaited game will be available for both digital and retail release on June 21 for $59.99 (USD). for those looking for something special, iam8bit has announced a special collector’s edition for the PC that will cost you $149.99 (USD), with the edition being limited to 10,000 copies.

The Collector’s Edition will contain a code for a digital copy of the game, an 8 inch ship replica, a pin, and a mystery item which will be revealed at launch. The edition will be available exclusively through iam8bit.
For PS4 owners, GameStop is offering a limited edition that contains the game, a steelbook case, a 48 page art book, an exclusive comic book containing two stories contained in the No Man’s Sky universe, a dynamic theme for the PS4, and a starter pack that includes a ship boost, blueprints for a special weapon, and bonus resources. The Limited Edition will run you $79.99 (USD).

More merchandise is being slated to be sold for the game on iam8bit, including a vinyl soundtrack, t-shirts, pins, and a set of eight art cards.
