The Maze Runner trailer

Yet another young adult sci-fi novel is making its way to the big screen this year, following Divergent and The Giver. Next up is The Maze Runner, based on the novel by James Dashner. Check out the trailer below.

The movie is directed by Wes Ball, making his feature film debut, and stars Dylan O’Brien (Teen Wolf) as Thomas, a young man who wakes up in an elevator with his memory erased, and finds himself in a community of boys surrounded by a gigantic maze. The arrival of a mysterious girl brings changes tot heir world, and they need to band together to find a way through the maze to freedom. The movie also stars  Kaya Scodelario (Clash of the Titans) as Teresa and Thomas-Brodie Sangster (Jojen Reed in HBO’s Game of Thrones) as Newt.

The Maze Runner arrives in theaters on September 19.
